💍The easiest way to reschedule your appointment is for you to reach out to the store that you booked into or via the link in the booking confirmation email. You can find the store's contact details through this link.

💛 You are also able to reach out to us at [email protected] to reschedule, Monday to Friday. Please note, if your appointment is within 24hrs, we recommend that you contact the store directly.
💎Appointments need to be made amended or cancelled 24 hours before your booking otherwise you may be charged a late rescheduling fee of €25, as stated in your booking confirmation email.
Any exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances can only be at the store manager’s discretion to revert the charge, and this is not at the discretion of the customer care team💎
