Why haven’t I received my Birthday Voucher during your Cyber Week promotions?
During our Cyber promotions, Birthday Vouchers are created as usual if your birthday has been updated for your rewards account. However, instead of finding them in your email, they will become available to access after 2pm (local time) on your birthday by simply logging in to your Astrid & Miyu account on the day of your birthday to view it.
Where can I find my Birthday Voucher?
You’ll find your voucher in your account under:
Rewards - Your Voucher Codes
If it’s after 2pm on your birthday and you don’t see it, try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in.
Can I use my Birthday Voucher alongside Cyber Week discounts?
No. Birthday Vouchers cannot be combined with Cyber Week offers, discount codes or site-wide promotions. Only one promotion can be applied per transaction.
I usually get my Birthday Voucher by email. Will I still receive it?
During high-traffic periods like Cyber Week, email delivery of Birthday Service Vouchers will be paused, however, you will still be able to find it by checking your Rewards page and Voucher Codes after 2pm on your birthday.
My birthday is during your Cyber Week Promotion. Will I miss out?
Not at all! Your Birthday Voucher is still created. It just becomes visible after 2pm on your birthday in your Rewards page and can be used on any of our free-standing Boutique services.
Do Birthday Services Vouchers expire?
Yes, Birthday Services Vouchers have a set validity period of 30 days from your birthdate.
My Birthday Voucher hasn’t appeared, what should I do?
If it’s after 2pm and your voucher isn’t showing:
- Log out and back into your account
- Check Rewards then Your Voucher Codes
- Ensure you created and activated your account using the same email subscribed to Astrid & Miyu
