How to Use Your Loyalty Codes & Gift Vouchers 

Want to treat yourself (or someone else)? Here's how to apply your loyalty codes or gift vouchers/cards at checkout:

1. Go to the checkout page

2. In the 'gift card or discount code' box, enter your code

3. Your discount will be applied at the final stage of checkout - easy-peasy! ✨

Please note:

1. You can’t use multiple codes in one transaction

2. Codes can’t be applied retrospectively (so be sure to use them when you check out!)

3. Gift Vouchers/Cards are non-refundable after purchase, but if you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be processed back to the same gift card.

4. Gift Vouchers/Cards can be used online or in our standalone boutiques. 

5. Gift cards/ loyalty points can only be redeemed in the store/ website that share a corresponding currency. For example, a gift card in euros cannot be used on our UK or US website or stores.
