💛 My bracelet/anklet/ring has snapped and I still have the chain and charms

If you are within the 1-year warranty period, we can definitely get this fixed for you free of charge! After the 1 year has ended, there is a  €35 rewelding fee. Please note that the repair service is subject to whether the jeweller on the day determines the chain to be in a repairable/adjustable condition.

✨ My bracelet/anklet has snapped and now it is lost

Our warranty covers all bracelets and anklets for loss for 1 month from the date of purchase. Welded bracelets and anklets lost after the month cannot be replaced under the warranty.

💍 My welded ring is lost 

Our welded rings are not covered for loss as these pieces are removable. However, if you notice an issue with your ring, please register this with our customer care at the earliest convenience. They will assist you with getting booked in to have your welded ring chain assessed by one of our jewellers.
