We offer instant exchanges, so you do not need to wait for return to be received and completed before your exchange is sent out 💌

You can opt for an instant exchange within the Returns Portal 

You will need to enter your card details to pre-authorise the payment for the exchange item, but no funds will be taken then.

You will have 21 days to return your item via post.

We will send a reminder after 7 days and 14 days if your item is not yet returned.

Once it has entered the postal network, the pre-authorisation will be removed from your payment card.
