💓We do accept returns on unworn, unopened earrings for that extra piece of mind!

To qualify for a return, earrings must be:

💍Be unworn and not tried on

💍Returned within 28 days of purchase

💍Show no signs of wear or damage

💍In their original condition and packaging

Once received at our warehouse, each earring will be thoroughly inspected and sterilised. 

It can take 7-10 days to process refunds, credit notes or exchanges once the warehouse has received your item. It is our aim to have all returns processed well within this timeframe! 

Please note - we do not accept returns on jewellery that has been used for piercings.
