We do accept returns on unworn earrings 💓


To qualify for a return, they must be:

• Be unworn and not tried on
  
• Returned within 28 days of purchase
  
• Show no signs of wear or damage
• In their original condition and packaging
  
  

What cannot be returned:

• Piercing Service Jewellery, the jewellery used for your new piercing
• Individual piercing jewellery posts - example product 
• Worn earrings / piercing jewellery
  

Once received at our warehouse, each piece will be thoroughly inspected and sterilised.


It can take 7-14 business days to process refunds, credit notes or exchanges once the warehouse has received your item It is our aim to have all returns processed well within this timeframe!
