💓We do accept returns on unworn, unopened earrings for that extra piece of mind!

To qualify for a return, earrings must be:

💍Be unworn and not tried on

💍Returned within 28 days of purchase

💍Show no signs of wear or damage

💍In their original condition and packaging

Once received at our warehouse, each earring will be thoroughly inspected and sterilised. 

It can take 7-10 days to process refunds, gift card refunds or exchanges once the warehouse has received your item. It is our aim to have all returns processed well within this timeframe! 

Please note - we do not accept returns on jewellery that has been used for piercings.
